Junior and youth Discoverers
7-12 YEARS OLD & 13-16 YEARS OLD
Our Weekend Madrasah for Juniors and Youths aged 7 to 16 years old adopts a combination of conventional and new-age learning models which make lessons more impactful yet enjoyable.
The part-time programme includes a comprehensive Islamic Studies syllabus which includes: Qurʾānic stories, Islamic tenets of faith (ʿaqīdah), religious rulings (fiqh) and major episodes from the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, as well as areas of personal development, considering all relevant aspects for learners growing up in Singapore today.
Qur'an Memorisation
Students will be assigned to memorise a few Surahs from Juz'Amma (30 part).
Recitation Tracker
Memorisation and recitation tracker for each student.
Tafseer
Develop students' understanding of the Surah through stories and activities.
Tajweed
Students will be introduced to the essentials of Tajweed from 7 years old and gradually transitioned towards enhancing their recitation of the Qur'an.
Pronunciation
Reciting the Qur'an in a measured manner where all the rules are considered and incorporated for an apt and beautiful recitation.
Qur'an
Student will be taugt how to memorise the assigned Surahs utilising the Tajweed and proper pronunciation.
Tarbiyah
